Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will serve as the primary marketing lead for Thoriva.ai, working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts and sales teams to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives.

The role is responsible for identifying marketing priorities, developing business-focused content, coordinating the creation of marketing collateral, supporting website enhancements, and driving thought leadership initiatives that strengthen the company’s market presence, particularly within the government sector.

Acting as the central liaison between business stakeholders and the Corporate Marketing team, the Marketing Manager will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets aligned with business objectives and corporate brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Planning & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for Thoriva.ai.
  • Define and maintain the marketing content plan for Thoriva.ai, covering website, social media, collateral, and insights content, aligned to its government sector, go-to-market priorities.
  • Translate SME input, often technical, contractual, or procurement-oriented, into clear draft content suitable for publishing.
  • Coordinate internal signoffs, particularly where government engagements involve sensitivities around client naming, security classification, or contract-specific disclosures.


Content and Collateral Development

  • Co-develop website content, including service pages and solution pages, for design and publishing.
  • Lead development of core collateral: the company pitch deck, solution flyers, and capability one-pagers, sourcing input from SMEs and account teams.
  • Develop case studies working within any disclosure constraints typical of public sector contracts (e.g., anonymized client references where required).
  • Drive the development of knowledge assets that showcase the organization’s capabilities and expertise, including Industry insights, Blogs, Whitepapers, Point of View (PoV) etc.,
  • Maintain a collateral library with version control, ensuring sales and account teams always have access to current materials.


Website Management

  • Identify requirements for new website pages and content updates.
  • Coordinate website enhancements with internal stakeholders and the design team.
  • Ensure website content remains current, accurate, and aligns with evolving business offerings.
  • Support new feature introductions, landing pages, and campaign-specific content.
  • Coordinate periodic website maintenance activities.


Social Media Coordination

  • Plan social media content in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Develop content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, solution launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Coordinate leadership and SME participation in social content, including thought leadership posts.
  • Coordinate activities for creative development, content optimization, scheduling, and publishing across social media channels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • MBA in Marketing is preferred.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within an IT Services, Technology, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Government-focused organization.
  • Experience working with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop marketing content and collateral.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems, digital marketing platforms, and social media channels is desirable.
